Companion documents: the License governs what you may do with the code; the Privacy Policy covers data.

1. Terms

These terms govern use of 01orbital.dev and its subdomains. By using the site or installing the components you agree to them. If you disagree with any part, don't use the service.

2. Your account and your token

Paid access is granted through a token used with the shadcn CLI.

Your token is yours alone and you are responsible for it. Keep it confidential. Any installs made with your token count as yours, including ones you did not make, if the token got out because it wasn't kept private.

Tell us immediately at hello@01orbital.dev if you think your token has been exposed, and we'll rotate it.

Sharing a token with anyone your license doesn't cover — see LICENSE §3 for who each tier covers — is a licence violation, not just a security lapse.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the service in any way that damages it or impairs its availability, or for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

Don't use it to distribute malware.

Don't scrape it. No systematic or automated collection of the registry — crawling, mining, bulk extraction of component JSON — without written consent. The registry API exists to serve installs, not to be harvested.

4. What you get, and what you don't

You are buying components, not a service. You get the code, you get every future update, and you own your copies. That is the product.

There is no technical support. No customisation, no integration work, no deployment help, no debugging your application, no consulting, and no guaranteed response time.

Two things are not support, and those we do handle:

• Delivery. If you paid and did not receive access, or your token does not work, email hello@01orbital.dev and it gets fixed. That is fulfilment, and you are owed it.
• Defects. If a component is broken as shipped, tell us. It gets fixed in an update, or refunded under Section 5.

Everything else is on you, which is the trade that keeps the price where it is.

5. Refunds

Because the components are digital and delivered in full the moment access is granted, we generally do not offer refunds. They cannot be returned once accessed, and this is the industry standard for exactly that reason.

The exception, and it is a real one: if something is broken because of a defect in our code, email hello@01orbital.dev with the details and we will sort it out — a fix, or a refund if a fix isn't possible.

Try the free tier before buying. It installs with the shadcn CLI, needs no account or token, and is the same code under the same terms.

Nothing here removes a statutory refund right you may hold under the consumer law where you live.

6. Browser and framework support

The components target current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, and the stack named in the install docs. Behaviour may vary across browsers, versions, and operating systems, and we can't guarantee compatibility with every third-party library you combine them with. Test them in your own application — see LICENSE §11.

7. Demo content

Images, copy, and data shown in demos and previews are illustrative. Demo text is written to show a component in a realistic context; it is not included as content you license, and demo imagery may not ship with the component.

8. Errors and changes

The site may contain technical or typographical errors. We don't warrant that everything on it is accurate, complete, or current, and we may change it at any time without notice.

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes are posted here and are not retroactive: the terms in force when you purchased continue to govern that purchase.

9. Access

We may restrict or disable access that violates these terms or the LICENSE. Where a violation is accidental we will say so and give you a chance to fix it first.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Everything on this site and in the registry is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for losses that follow from using the site or the components, or from being unable to use them — lost profit, lost data, downtime, and knock-on costs included — whether or not we were warned they were possible. Repairing equipment or restoring data is your cost.

Some places do not permit limits like these, so they may not apply to you. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at what you paid.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
